About the position
We are looking for a full-time Visual Design Associate based in Mumbai to support visual communication and execution of strategic communications campaigns. You will work across our website, campaigns, reports, presentations, events, and digital communication materials that support the organisation’s external visibility and positioning.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who combines strong visual skills with speed, attention to detail, and initiative. The role will report to the Lead, Strategic Communications.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Media, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in visual design, digital content, branding, or related roles. Strong internships, relevant project experience, and portfolio will also be considered.
- Design & Digital Skills: Familiarity with design and digital tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and AI-assisted creative workflows is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong written English, and the ability to work intuitively across different formats and platforms.
